Chat Consultation
Message a doctor from your phone. Send photos, files or a voice note, or just speak instead of typing, and get guidance without sitting in a waiting room.
USDOCAI pairs a smart care assistant with U.S. healthcare providers. Tell us how you feel, get a symptom screening, then connect with the right doctor by chat, video, or an in-clinic visit.
Message a doctor, see one on video, book an in-person visit, or start with a symptom screening if you’re not sure what you need.

Need to be seen in person? Choose from 24 specialties and request an in-clinic visit.
Answer a few questions about your symptoms. Symptom screening helps you understand your options and which specialist fits.
How symptom screening worksThese are the screens patients use, from the home screen to a video visit. Pick one to see it.
Tell the USDOCAI Assistant what’s going on. It asks a few follow-up questions, checks for warning signs, and points you to the right specialty.
1
Type your symptoms in plain language, the way you'd explain them to a friend.
2
The assistant asks a few follow-up questions, like your temperature if you have a fever, and checks for warning signs. If you continue to a visit, your doctor sees the summary.
3
You're matched to the right specialty and connected by chat, video or an in-clinic visit.
The USDOCAI Assistant is an automated assistant, not a doctor. It supports your care but doesn't replace a diagnosis from a licensed medical professional. In an emergency, call 911.
Pick what's bothering you, read about it in the app's health library, then book the right kind of doctor.

For healthcare providers
Patients reach you already screened. The AI scribe turns each visit into a final SOAP note with sourced suggestions, for you to review and sign.
Transcribes the visit as you talk, in USDOCAI’s own secure cloud, with the patient’s consent.
Chief complaint and SOAP note, possible diagnoses with ICD-10-CM codes, and treatment, medication and test options.
Every suggestion is checked against FDA and NLM references. Nothing reaches the record until you sign.
Get a dedicated doctor account. Offer chat, video and in-clinic consultations to patients who reach you already screened, and let the AI scribe handle the paperwork.

Yes. In a chat or with a video visit request you can add photos (a rash, for example), PDFs such as lab results, and voice or video messages, so your doctor can review them even if they aren’t available right away. You can also speak instead of typing. Only you and your care team can open what you send.
Yes. Search pharmacies near your ZIP code in the app, then choose the one where your doctor should send prescriptions. You can call it or get directions from the app. We look pharmacies up in the national NPI Registry using only your ZIP code.
A tool for doctors on USDOCAI. With the patient’s consent, it transcribes the visit live, with speech recognition in USDOCAI’s own secure cloud, deleting the audio as it goes. It can also transcribe a voice message the patient sent. It then drafts a final note (chief complaint, subjective, objective, assessment and plan) and suggests possible diagnoses with ICD-10-CM codes, treatment options, medications, and tests such as blood work, X-rays or ultrasound. Each suggestion shows its reasoning and sources: FDA drug labeling (DailyMed) and the National Library of Medicine’s RxNorm, LOINC, ICD-10-CM and MedlinePlus. Suggestions support clinical judgment and never replace it: the doctor accepts what fits, edits the note and signs it, so the final record is always the doctor’s.
