Chat suits quick questions you’d message a doctor about. Pro suits most people: unlimited chat plus 6 video visits a year in the 3 specialties you see most, for example a General Physician, a pediatrician for your child and a dermatologist. Complete gives you 12 video visits a year in any specialty. If you only need a doctor once or twice a year, pay per visit once payments open.
Yes. Chat consultations have no extra charge on every plan. Video visits are included up to your plan’s yearly number (6 on Pro, 12 on Complete), and more cost $25 each. A plan covers one person. In-clinic visits, prescriptions, lab tests and imaging are paid separately.
Yes, anytime in the app. Changing them doesn’t reset the video visits you’ve used this plan year. Chat covers every specialty. Once payments open, video visits in other specialties are $39 each, or you can move up to Complete anytime and pay only the difference.
Yes. During early access you can choose any plan in the app at no charge and switch anytime, so you can try chat and video visits with our doctors. Pay per visit and extra video visits open when payments launch, and we’ll tell you before anything is charged.
If your doctor decides you need in-person or emergency care instead, you aren’t charged for that visit. In an emergency, call 911.
Yes, anytime in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for. If you cancel within 14 days and haven’t had a visit, we refund you in full.
Symptom screening, the health library and the pharmacy finder are free for everyone. Plans and paid visits aren’t available with Medicare or Medicaid yet. We’ll let you know when they are.
