The USDOCAI AI scribe turns the visit into a final note (chief complaint, subjective, objective, assessment and plan) and suggests treatment, medication and test options, each checked against authoritative medical references, for you to review and sign.
Live transcription
The scribe transcribes the visit as you and your patient talk, with speech recognition in USDOCAI’s own secure cloud (not a third-party service). Each part of the audio is deleted once it’s transcribed.
When you’re not available
Patients can send photos, documents and voice or video messages with their visit request. Review them when you’re free and transcribe a voice message straight into the note.

Chief complaint, subjective, objective, assessment and plan, including what the patient reported before the visit, like a home temperature reading.

How do patients find me?
Patients choose a specialty and see the providers available now who are licensed in their state, or ask for the first available provider. On the Practice plan you can also invite your own patients.
Does the AI scribe make clinical decisions?
No. It drafts the note and suggests options with their sources. Nothing is added unless you accept it, and nothing reaches the record until you sign.
Do patients have to agree to the AI scribe?
Yes. Visits are recorded and transcribed only with the patient’s AI scribe consent, and each part of the audio is deleted once it’s transcribed.
